Elisen Lebkuchen (Soft Gingerbread)
Germany has dozens of “gingerbreads” — and fun fact: most don’t even include ginger. Our hometown, Nuremberg, happens to be the gingerbread capital of the world, so Lebkuchen is baked right into our story (and our hearts).
Our Elisen Lebkuchen is the soft-style classic — naturally gluten-free, made from almond flour, mixed peel, honey, and warm spices, then finished with either a chocolate or sugar glaze.
The literal translation of Lebkuchen means “cake of life,” and once you taste it, you’ll know why.
Please note: The gingerbreads are baked on gluten-free, edible rice paper.
Quantities: 3 or 5 Lebkuchen depending on package selected
