German Stollen
This is the German version of a Christmas fruit cake. Stollen is a decadent yeast-based Christmas cake filled with mixed peel, almonds, raisins and grated marzipan, that we bake and let mature for a couple of weeks to develop all the deliciousness.
Just before we send it to your doorstep, we dust it with a layer of icing sugar to the traditional classic look.
