And we don’t save on the almonds, glacé cherries, and mixed peel to add layers on layers of flavour, richness and texture. As with all christmas cakes the longer you keep it the better it gets. It will easily last until the holidays unless you snack on it prior.
Our large cakes weigh in at approx. 1.3kg and will feed a crowd. Our medium cakes a great for 2-3 people.
