What information we collect When you place an order or contact us, we collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and any order details or special requests. When you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address and, where provided, your name and birthday.

How we use your information We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and delivery updates, send you our email newsletter and seasonal updates (if you've subscribed), and send you a birthday gift if you've joined our Birthday Club.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
