Bee Sting Swiss roll
Bienenstich is a real German staple cake and we have put our own special twist on it. Usually this classic cake is baked in the traditional cake form, but we just rolled up all the best elements of this cake into this new version.
The bee sting swiss roll is made up of a beautifully silky white chiffon cake, filled with a vanilla custard and whipped cream filling, topped off with a home made caramel sauce and toasted almonds. This Swiss roll variation will make a great centre piece on any dessert table or a great afternoon treat.
