Our spin on a seasonal classic! Our Pumpkin Walnut Cheesecake is made with a healthy amount of fresh pumpkin puree, and all the decadence of a traditional cheesecake. We top this off with some whipped cream and an amazing walnut caramel sauce. Who could resist?
For an unknown reason, pumpkin pies have not really made it to Europe, but we couldn’t resist to put our twist on this classic North American dessert.
Meet the Pumpkin Pie Streusel! We took the staple of a Streuselkuchen (German crumble cake) and mashed it with a classic pumpkin pie. Made with a homemade German pie dough base, a classic pumpkin spice pie filling and topped with sweet and buttery streusel crumbs.
This is definitely the sweetest way to get your veggies this fall!
The best way to describe this cake is as a European version of an apple pie.
We make a German-style almond shortcrust, fill it with spiced apples and cover it with a woven dough pattern.
